Therefore, we will strive to grow our business by way of client referrals. We will approach our business every day with a confident sense of urgency and passion, poised to capitalize on business opportunities as they are presented. To live life knowing I have made a positive difference in the lives of the people I have encountered.  To know I have not deviated from my principals, standards and work ethics to in any way jeopardize anyone in my business or personal relationships.

·        Developed and restructured my real estate business to better serve the client

·        Created ways to allow my clients to have basically 24 hour access to me and to their files.

·         Managed a 40 agent real estate company
·        Provided ongoing agent development through coaching and training
·        Developed programs to work with relocation clients
·        Trained our realtors to work with relocation buyers/sellers

Edina Realty– 1992 – 2003
·         Developed a strong client based program to better serve my clientele

·        Managed and Trained our assistants and customer care employees
·        Worked with a group of associates to market and update our sphere – making them more knowledgeable in the housing market.

The Relocation Center Realtors 1991 – 1993
·         Focused on relocation clients approximately 80% of the time.
·        Developed a very strong agent/client program (parts of which I still use)
 
Edina Realty – 1989 – 1991
·         Developed a relationship with other realtors, managers and trainers to get to know the market and what it takes to be a top notch and well respected realtor in the “residential” real estate market.
Hagman Construction/Nordic Development 1967 – 1989
·        Worked with a General Contractor/Developer in office management, bidding new projects, union communications.
·        Learned that detail and perfectionism is critical when dealing with contracts.  This had an enormous impact on the way I handle the contract portion of my business today.
·        Was fortunate to be associated with a man of extremely high morals and work ethics.  This followed me into the personal dealings of residential real estate.
